Singer. Photographer. Actor. Producer. Developer.
Jerry Katell’s love of music began at an early age, listening to Bobby Darin and the Everly Brothers, but like most of his friends and colleagues, he began his professional life focused on business. Jerry received degrees from M.I.T. and Stanford Business School, then began a long and successful career as a real estate developer.
Jerry also developed a love of acting, and trained intensively with Larry Moss Studios. In addition to his film roles, he has appeared in the world premieres of two plays, Just a Song at Twilight in January and February, 2010 at the Write Act Repertory Theater in Hollywood and Maxwell Street in April, 2011 at the Barbara Morrison Theatre in Leimert Park.
Jerry’s passion for the performing arts led him to produce 2 smash hit Broadway Shows: Baby Its You and Million Dollar Quartet.
In 2015, Jerry began singing, which led him to perform on stages around the United States, sharing the stage with artists such as Billy Vera, Annie Bosko, and Geno Henderson.
Jerry has developed a recording catalogue that blends his rat-pack crooning style with classic country sensibilities. Jerry has an artist residency at the Bourbon Room Hollywood.
